Reed Morrison is the founder of Cohesive Fusion, established in February 2021. Under his leadership, the company has embarked on ventures such as ocean and harbor tours through Newport Boat Adventures LLC since May 2016. Reed pursued his education at the University of Arizona from 2003 to 2007. With a background in venture capital, engineering, and advertising, he brings extensive experience in building innovative businesses and driving strategic growth.

Michael M. Aitken brings over two decades of technical expertise and leadership experience to his role as CTO. His diverse background, serving 11+ yrs in the USAF he excels at avionics, flight simulation, and systems integration. Mr. Aitken’s accomplishments include 100% uptime maintenance of T-1A devices at NAS Pensacola and leading maintenance operations for F-16E/F Block 60+ aircraft in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and M-17 Counter-Naco Terrorism Operations in Kabul, Afghanistan

Founded by (Top) Reed Morrison and (Bottom) Michael M. Our journey began with the development of a patented EV charger prototype that underwent over three years of rigorous field, weather, and stress testing—proving its reliability and performance under the most challenging conditions.
From these successful trials, we have continued to grow our revenue to over a million dollars annually, expanding our team of engineers, business strategists, and industry experts. With multiple sites under contract, we are committed to delivering high-performance Level 2 and Level 3 chargers across national and international markets.
